We offer free standard delivery all over the UK, and we also offer a range of convenient returns that you can shop with confidence.

Free Delivery

At the moment delivery is free on all our products in the United Kingdom. We also offer extra fast next day bed delivery UK.

Delivery Time

Once an order is accepted it takes 5-7 working days from manufacturing and delivery date.
We deliver Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM.

Delivery Process

  1. Once you have placed an order with us, it then is processed by our order handling team which sends it to the factory floor for production.
  2. Your order is manufactured by or skilled manufacturing team in our state of the art factor
  3. Your order is then passed onto our in house delivery team.
  4. The delivery team will contact you the day before delivery of your item
  5. On the day of delivery the delivery team will again contact you in a 3 hours slot time.
  6. Your order is delivered by our expert delivery team members.

Assembly Service

For a small charge of £50, our delivery team can unpack and fully assemble your bed plus assemble and fit your new headboard (if purchased and delivered with your bed).
We’ll also clear away all unwanted packaging and recycle it to ensure you’re ready for a good night’s sleep.

Delivery Coverage

Our trained drivers deliver to most postal areas in mainland Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
We offer a limited service to remote areas of the mainland. There are a limited number of postcodes, in remote areas of the mainland, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, the Outer Hebrides and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands.

Returns (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To fit in with your busy lifestyle, we deliver Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 6pm.

3-hours time slot

We will contact you the day before delivery.
We’ll also call and text you before your delivery with a 3-hour time slot.
